By using the services provided by Compelling.in, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms from time to time without notice. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.
2. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for any activity that occurs through their account. Users agree they will not sell, transfer, license or assign their account, username, or any account rights. You agree that you will not create an account for anyone other than yourself. You also represent that all information you provide or provided to Compelling.in upon registration and at all other times will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
4. Refund Policy
Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about what refund procedures we have. And by using our services, you agree to our refund policy.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the services provided by Compelling.in in a way that:
a. Violates these ToS or any local, state, federal, or international law or regulation.
b. Harms, threatens, or harasses others, or promotes discrimination or violence.
c. Infringes the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials on Compelling.in including, but not limited to, images, text, graphics, logos, and video content, are the intellectual property of Compelling.in and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, breach of these ToS.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Compelling.in, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, cover or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These ToS and any disputes arising under or related to these ToS will be governed by the laws of India, without reference to its conflicts of law principles.
